Child rescued from drain dies 

The child who fell into a drain in the Halishahar area of Chattogram city has died.
 
He died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Agrabad Fire Station leader Kamrul Islam said that the fire service rescued the three-year-old child in a critical condition and sent him to the hospital. 

Later, doctors declared him dead. 

On Wednesday (July 9), Humaira went missing after falling into a drain with an open slab in the ‘A’ block area of Halishahar. 

At around 3:15 pm, members of the fire service rescued the child and sent him to the hospital.
