Expelled Juba Dal leader shot dead 

Mullah Mahbubur Rahman, former leader of the Juba Dal of Daulatpur thana unit in Khulna, has been shot and hacked to death by miscreants in public.

The incident took place on Friday (July 11) noon in Maheshwarpasha West Para of Daulatpur thana. 

Mahbubur Rahman was the son of Md. Abdul Karim Mullah of the locality. 

He was the vice-president of the Juba Dal of Daulatpur thana unit.

According to eyewitnesses, Mahbub was cleaning his private car in front of his house on Friday noon. At that time, three men on a motorcycle stood in front of the car and opened fire on him. He was shot. Later, the miscreants cut off his leg with a sharp weapon to ensure his death.
