9 RAB members sued in Brahmanbaria

Brahmanbaria Correspondent: A case has been filed against eleven people including nine members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) for killing Shanur Alam of Nabinagar of the district.

Mehedi Hasan, brother of deceased Shanur Alam, who died on May 6 under RAB custody, filed the case on Sunday noon with the court of Senior Judicial Magistrate Nazmun Nahar.

Major A Z M Sakib Siddique, camp commander of Rab-14 in Bhairab is among the nine Rab members mentioned in the case.

The court fixed June 4 for the hearing of the case.
