Lightning kills 2 of a family in Rajbari

Rajbari Correspondent: At least two people were killed in a lightning strike in district`s Nurpur village on Friday night.

The deceased were identified as Rubel Sheikh (16), a student of class 10, and his brother`s wife Parvin Begum (18).

A thunderbolt struck them while they were staying at the veranda of their house on Friday night.

They were immediately taken to Faridpur Medical College Hospital, but the duty doctors declared them dead.
