6 robbers held with arms in Comilla

Staff Correspondent, Comilla: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) held six robbers with arms conducting drives in the city on Sunday morning.

 

Major Mostofa Kaisar, captain of Crime Prevention Company of RAB-11, said a gang of robbers was staying in a mess named Aparajita at Dharmapur of the city and committing robbery in different places.

 

On information that the gang was taking preparation for robbery, RAB-11 conducted a drive at the mess on Saturday night and nabbed their leader Shamsuddin Kalu.

 

Later, on Sunday morning, his other cohorts were also held with several arms based on his information provided.
