Picnic bus kills 2 in Jessore

Staff Correspondent, Jessore: Two motorcycle riders were killed as a picnic bus hit their motorbike at Kanaitola on Jessore-Monirampur road on Friday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Plabon Mollik, 28, son of Nitish Mollik of Panchbaria village of Monirampur upazila, and his friend Devprasad Mondal, 28, son of Dheeraj Mondal of Hazrail village of the same upazila.

Illias Hossain, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Jessore Kotwali Police Station, confirmed the news.
