2 killed in Gazaria road crash

Munshiganj Correspondent: At least two people have been killed and six other injured as a covered van ran over them in the district’s Gazaria upazila. 

The accident took place around 11.00am in Jamaldi Bus Stand area of the upazila.

The deceased were identified as Jahid Hossain (35) and Ibrahim (32), both were the workers of Square Group. 

A Chittagong-bound covered van from Dhaka ran over a group of workers while they were standing at Jamaldi Bus Stand, leaving two dead on the spot and six injured.

The injured were identified as Sohel (25), Zahid (40), Moshiur (35), Kamrul (45), Khairul (35) and Shariful (26).
