Ready to face any challenges: Benazir Ahmed

Gopalganj Correspondent: Benazir Ahmed, director general of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) said that the government is ready to face any challenges.

The RAB chief made the assertion while replying to newsmen after addressing a programme at Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Government Mahila College in Gopalganj on Saturday.

He said, "The government is alert over Rohingya and overall security issues in the country. We think that the government is ready to face any kinds of challenges."

Benazir Ahmed said, "The Prime Minister and the countrymen took the Rohingya issue as a humanitarian issue. The Rohingya people who took shelter in Bangladesh will be sent back respectfully and safely."
