Two brothers hacked dead in Faridpur

Faridpur Correspondent: Two brothers were hacked dead by rivals in Shashan Ghat area in the district’s Alfadanga on Thursday night.

The deceased were identified as Idris Molla (48) and Lavlu Molla (42).  Both were the sons of the late Jahur Molla at Magura village under Shekhor union in Boalmari upazila.
Idris Molla was a cloth trader and Lavlu Molla was a timber trader.

According to sources, cohorts of their rival Md Kawsar Sheikh attacked them when they were returning home from Alfadanga Bazar at around 10.00pm.

They were immediately taken to Alfadanga Upazila Health Complex. Later, they were shifted to Faridpur Medical College Hospital where the brothers died.
