3 hacked to death in Cumilla, killer lynched

Cumilla Correspondent: Three people were hacked to death and two injured at Radhanagar in Debidar upazila of the district on Wednesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Anwara Begum, her son Abu Hanif and one Nazma Akter, wife of Nurul Islam.

Cumilla DSB Additional Police Super Azim Ul Ahsan told risingbd that rickshaw-puller Mokhles, 35 attacked two women and a children with sharp weapon, leaving them dead on the spot this morning. Meanwhile, locals caught him and beat him to death.

Quoting locals, Additional police super Shakhawat Hossain said, following previous enmity, the rickshaw-puller stabbed them indiscriminately with a sharp weapon, leaving them dead on the spot.
