3 burnt in Sreepur factory fire

Staff Correspondent, Gazipur: Three workers of a textile mill suffered burn injuries as a fire that broke out in generator room of the factory in Sreepur of Gazipur on Friday night.

The burn victims are- Mizan, 27, Hafiz, 30 Razib, 28.

Nazmul Hasan, emergency doctor of Al-Hera Hospital said, a total of 10 people including three burn injured were given treatment after the fire incident. Later, critically injured three were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for better treatment.

Ram Prashad Pal, station officer of Sreepur fire station said, the fire broke out in the factory around 9:30pm. The blaze was brought under control before the attendance of fire fighters.
