41 dengue patients in Patuakhali hospital

Patuakhali Correspondent: At least 41 patients suffering from dengue have been receiving treatment in Patuakhali Hospital, said the hospital authority.

Of them 18 patients have been released after providing treatment and 23 dengue patients are hospitalized now.   

On July 21, the first dengue patient was admitted in the hospital. However, the patients are taking treatment due to lack of sufficient tests facilities in the hospital.

District civil surgeon Dr Shah Mohammad Mujahidul Islam said, eight dengue patients are diagnosed in eight upazilas of the district.
