Youth dies of dengue in Madaripur

Madaripur Correspondent: A youth has died of dengue fever in district’s Shibchar upazila.

Ripon Howlader, 30, died on Monday at Shibchar Upazial Health Complex.

Ripon was the son of Habibur Rahman Howlader at Rajarchar village under Sannasirchar union of Shibchar upazila.

According to sources, Ripon infected with dengue fever returned to Shibchar from Dhaka three days ago and he was diagnosed with dengue fever at Shibchar Upazial Health Complex. Ripon was advised to be admitted at Faridpur Medical College Hospital, but without going there he returned to home.   

Later, he was re-admitted to Shibchar Upazial Health Complex as his condition deteriorated on Sunday night.
