Bus-microbus collision kills 6 in Brahmanbaria

At least six people were killed in a collision between a bus and microbus at Bijoynagar in Brahmanbaria early Friday.

According to sources, a Dhaka-bound bus of Limon Paribahan collided head-on with a Sylhet-bound bus around 3.00am in front of Chandura New Petrol Pump of Dhaka-Sylhet highway.

The cylinder of the microbus exploded and it caught fire. Five passengers of the microbus died on the spot and another died on way to hospital.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.
