Woman dies of coronavirus in Khulna

A 65-year old woman has died of coronavirus in Khulna.

She died at 10.10pm on Tuesday at the isolation ward of Khulna Corona Hospital. It is the second coronavirus death of the hospital.

The woman hailed from Milky Deyara village of Rupsa upazila.

Khulna Corona Hospital’s physician Dr. Sheikh Farid Uddin Ahmed confirmed the matter.

The woman was admitted to Khulna General Hospital on April 22 with fever and cough. On April 29, her sample was sent to PCR lab for corona test where she tested positive for coronavirus.
