28 SUST students committed not to break fast

Twenty-eight students of the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) have been committed to continue their hunger strike. They will not break their fast until Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed steps down.

They took the oath led by Mohaiminul Bashar Raj at Golchattar of the university on Tuesday (January 25) night. Later, they briefed media around 9:15 pm and promised to continue the movement.

Then, some protesters requested them to break the fast. But they rejected their request and promised to continue until their demand is met.
