Two crushed under truck in Dinajpur

Two people were crushed to death by a truck in front of Dinajpur M Abur Rahim Medical College Hospital early Saturday. 

The incident took place around 5.00am.

The deceased are Mohammad Ali, 65, at Khanpur village under Sundarganj upazila in Gaibandha, and Ajgar Ali, 35, at Rajibpur village.

Another man was also injured in the accident.

According to locals, three men stood in front of the hospital and a goods-laden speedy truck ran over them, leaving two dead on the spot.

Kotwali Thana OC Tanvirul Islam said police seized the truck, and its driver and helper managed to flee the spot.
