Campaign for Khulna city polls ends today midnight

The election campaign for the Khulna City Corporation (KCC) polls is set to end today (Saturday) midnight.
No candidate will be allowed to continue campaign after midnight. The polls are scheduled to be held on Monday (June 12).
In Khulna, the campaigning activities for the election began on May 26 with the allocation of election symbols.
In Khulna City Corporation polls, this year, five candidates will vie for mayoral post, 136 for councillors in 29 general wards and 30 for reserved seats.
Two councillors for wards 13 and 24 have been elected unopposed.
A total of 5, 35,528 people to cast their votes, and there are 1,732 polling booths under 289 polling stations.
