Journalist Golam Rabbani killed by miscreants in Jamalpur

A journalist in Jamalpur has been killed in an attack by miscreants in Jamalpur.

The deceased was known as Golam Rabbani, 42.

Rafiqul Islam, sub-inspector at Mymensingh medical college hospital police camp said the journalist was taken to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital around 11:00 am in critical condition. Later, he died at the hospital at around 2:45 pm on Thursday.

Earlier on Wednesday night, some miscreants attacked Nadeem in the Pathati area on his way back home after work. They left Nadeem unconscious and ran away.

Bakshiganj police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sohel Rana confirmed the matter.
