Rajbari-Dhaka bus service resumes

Bus service from Dhaka to Rajbari resumed about 33 hours after suspension.

Abdur Razzak Liton, general secretary of Rajbari Bus Owners Association, confirmed the incident around 9pm on Sunday (June 18).

A meeting will be held to resolve the dispute between Golden Line Paribahan in Faridpur and Rajbari Bus Owners Association in presence of MP Shajahan Khan within 10-15 July after Eid, he said.

Earlier, authorities suspended bus service from Dhaka to Rajbari following a dispute between Golden Line Paribahan in Faridpur and Rajbari Bus Owners Association.

Rajbari Bus Owners Association suspended the bus service following a feud with Golden Line Paribahan in Faridpur from Thursday (June 15) afternoon.
