President’s son announces his candidacy for Pabna-5

Arshad Adnan Rony, only son of running President Mohammed Shahabuddin, has announced his candidacy for Pabna-5 (Sadar) constituency in the upcoming 12th national election.

Rony made the announcement while exchanging views with journalists at his residence in Jubilee Tanakpara of Pabna town on Tuesday (August 29) night.

Arshad Adnan Roni said, “I am interest to become a boat captain from Pabna-5 constituency. I want to inform the people of Pabna that I will request Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for giving me nomination for the Pabna-5 (Sadar) constituency and if she gives me the opportunity to win the election, I will try to work for the people of Pabna”.
