Cocktails hurled at Maitree Express train in Pabna

Miscreants have thrown two cocktails on Dhaka-Kolkata route Maitree Express train at Ishwardi upazila of Pabna on Wednesday (November 1).

A window glass of a bogie of the train was damaged at that time.

However, no one was injured in this connection.

The incident took place near Ishwardi railway junction around 12:00 pm as the train from Kolkata was heading towards Dhaka.

Masud Alam, additional superintendent of the district police, confirmed the incident and said they were looking into the matter.
