Bangladesh logs 31 more Covid-19 deaths

Bangladesh reported 31 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 27,470 across the country so far.

Besides, some 1,310 new cases were reported during the same period. With this, the total number of infections stood at 15,53,873 in the country.
A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Tuesday (September 28).

Alongside, as many as 1,195 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 15,13,876 the release said.
