6.08 crore people come under vaccination coverage

A total of 7,70,72,420 doses of various vaccines have arrived in the country so far. Out of them, 6,08,83,363 shots have been administered.

Meanwhile, a total of 1,61,89,057 doses of vaccine are yet to be administered.

So far, around 4,02,89,449 people have got their first dose while around 2,05,93,914 people got both doses.

A press release issued from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) yesterday came up with the information.
