Child admitted to DMCH after co-worker pumps air into his rectum

A child has been admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) after his co-worker pumped air into his rectum, leaving him seriously ill.

The incident took place at ‘Classic Shoes Factory’ at Samadnagar near Bhanga Press of Kajla in the capital’s Jatrabari area on Wednesday (July 6).

It was learned that his co-worker named Abdur Rahim, 18, inserted a compressor hose into his rectum and pumped air into his body for naughtiness, leaving him seriously ill.

Bachchu Mia, in-charge of DMCH police outpost, “The child has been undergoing treatment. His co-worker Abdur Rahim has been detained from the hospital. The matter was informed to the local police station.”
