JU student found dead

JU Correspondent: The body of a student of Jahangirnagar University (JU) named Md Adnan has been recovered.
On Thursday night, his body was recovered from the room no. of 450 under B Block of Mir Mosharraf Hossain Hall.
Adnan was the 41st batch student of Accounting and Information Systems Department. He hailed from Jhitkaya at Harirampur Upazila in Manikganj.
Junaid, a student, said he knocked the door of Adnan's room at around 10pm on Thursday. Without getting any response from the inside, he tried to look through the window, and he saw Adnan was hanging. Later, other students rescued him breaking the door and brought Adnan to the JU Medical Center.
Later, he was taken to Enam Medical College Hospital at Savar but the duty doctor declared him dead.
Professor Tapan Kumar Saha said Adnan died on the way to hospital. His body was brought to the medical center at around 11:30 pm.
