♥ The way you sleep has an important effect on your face. Do sleep face down? That will cause your brow to furrow. On the other hand, sleeping on your side will cause your chin and cheeks to develop wrinkles. The best position, say experts, is to sleep on your back.

♥ When was the last time you checked your eye number? If your eye number has increased and you haven`t got new glasses, chances are that you`ll be constantly squinting. And doing that repeatedly will put a strain on your facial muscles, which will form a crease just below your skin`s topmost layer. Over time, this will turn into a wrinkle. So, don`t shy away from wearing glasses — not only will you be doing your eyesight a favour, you`ll also keep wrinkles at bay.

♥ While washing your face to get rid of the grease is alright, don`t overdo it by washing your face several times a day. This will remove moisture natural oils from your skin, which actually protect you from wrinkles.

♥ Instead of drinking cups of coffee, have cocoa, which is packed with antioxidants that protect your skin by increasing blood flow to skin cells and keep it hydrated.
