Two drug smugglers held in Noakhali

Noakhali Correspondent: Detectives in a drive detained two alleged drug smugglers including a woman with 200 pieces of Yaba tablets from Jailkhana road area of the district town on Tuesday morning.
The detainees are identified as Nunnabi, 20, son of Manik Mia and Parvin Aktar, 25, daughter of Hasan Ullah.
Confirming the matter, Officer-in-Charge of District DB police Abul Khayer said that acting on a tip-off, the law enforcers detained them this morning with 200 pieces of Yaba pills.
A case will be filed against them in this regard, he added.
