Two killed over land dispute in Chuadanga

Chuadanga Correspondent: Two people were killed in separate in incidents in Alamdanga upazila of the district on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Kolom, 38, son of late Azmat Ali and Nazrul, 55, son of late Kitab Ali.

Alamdanga police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Akram Hossain said that two people named Sharif and Nazrul locked into clash over land dispute around 9:00am, leaving Nazrul critically injured.

Later, the injured were rushed to Alamdanga Hardi Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead.

Besides, two brothers named Lalon and Kolom locked into clash following land boundary. At one stage, Lalon hit Kolom with a lethal weapon, leaving Kolom dead on the spot.
