Risingbd Desk: The second piece of suspected plane debris was in shore on the Indian Ocean island of Reunion, after a wing part suspected to come from the missing flight MH370 was found on Wednesday, rescue sources told media.

Separate media reports said, it was discovered in a different location to the flaperon which is currently undergoing tests in France to find out if it is from MH370.

The piece of the plane was found on a beach in the town of Saint-Andre. Bowden said the new object was found closer to the capital Saint-Denis.

"It is not known if the object is from the doomed Malaysia Airlines flight or from a Boeing 777, it had Chinese and Malaysian writing on it and was thought to be from the inside of an aircraft," media report added.

Experts hope the 2-2.5 meter (6.5-8 feet) wing surface, known as a flaperon, and a fragment of luggage also found on Reunion could yield clues on the fate of Flight MH370, which disappeared without trace in March 2014 with 239 passengers and crew on board.

Investigators: Photos show plane debris is from Boeing 777

Rescue and plane authorities believed that the MH370 veered off course on the way to Beijing and crashed into the sea - but they do not know why.

Its estimated last location was based on "pings" sent from the aircraft that were detected by satellite.

However, no physical trace has been found yet.
