Excise duty won't affect school banking

Secretariat Correspondent: Finance Minister Abul Maal Abul Muhith said excise duty will not affect school banking.
Replying to a query of ruling party lawmaker Kamal Ahmed Mazumder, the Minister said this in the parliament session on Tuesday.
He said excise duty up to Tk 1 lakh for school banking account has been waived in 2017-18 fiscal year which is a legendary step of the government. So, the excise duty will not affect the activities of school banking.
