The Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez declared the country's second state of emergency, imposing a curfew in all regions except for the Canary Islands.
During a television speech, the premier of Spain made the announcement on Sunday (October 25), reports reuters.
"The reality is that Europe and Spain are immersed in a second wave of the pandemic," Pedro Sánchez said.
