Bangladesh logs 10 more Covid-19 deaths, 8407 new cases

Bangladesh registered 10 more deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 28,164 across the country so far.

Besides, some 8,407 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 16,32,794 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Tuesday (January 18).

Alongside, as many as 475 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 15,53,795, the release said.
