‘Uncle GM Quader will be responsible if anything happens to me and my mother’

Shahata Jarab Eric alias Eric Ershad, son of former chairman of Jatiya Party late HM Ershad, said, “I am the son of former President Hussein Muhammad Ershad. Today, I don’t have my father. Taking advantage of my father’s absence, my uncle GM Quader has been making news against me and my mother Bidisha Ershad for the last two days. My uncle GM Quader will be responsible if anything happens to me and my mother.”

Eric Ershad came up with the remarks while speaking at a press conference at Ershad's President Park residence in the capital’s Baridhara around 11:00am on Thursday (July 08).

Mentioning that a conspiracy is underway against me and my mother Bidisha, Eric Ershad said, “Uncle GM Quader has been conspiring to grasp the properties my father left behind during his death. He is still hatching a conspiracy. I demand an exemplary punishment for him to the Prime Minister.”

Chairman of Hussain Mohammad Ershad Trust Kazi Md Mamunur Rashid and others were present at the press conference although Eric’s mother Bidisha Ershad was not present.
