GM Quader tests Covid-19 positive

Jatiya Party (JaPa) Chairman Ghulam Muhammed Quader (GM Quader), also the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the parliament, has contracted Covid-19 on Sunday (January 16).

He was tested for Covid-19 on Saturday (January 15) to attend a Parliamentary session and his Covid-19 test report came out positive today. However, he is in a stable condition and good health.

Khandaker Delwar Jalali, Jatiya Party chairman’s press secretary, confirmed the information.

The JaPa chairman is staying at his Uttara residence in the capital following the doctor’s advice. He is taking his medication and meals regularly, said the press secretary.
