Staff Correspondent: The High Court has warned DC of Uttara zone Bidhan Tripura following the arrest of a passenger with a pistol at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
A bench of justice M Enayetur Rahim and justice Shahidul Karim came up with the order on Tuesday.
Earlier, the High Court summoned Bidhan Tripura to explain the incident before the court on 13 February.
On January 24, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bimanbandar Thana Noor-e-Azam Mia and Sub-Inspector (SI) Sukanta Saha prayed unconditional apology.
Law officer Farhad Ahmed brought the news on December 12 last year to the court. After a suo-moto rule, the court summoned them.
