DSE up, CSE down at opening

Economic Reporter: Share price index at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) showed positive trend while that of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) downtrend in early hours of trading on Tuesday.

DSEX gained 11.22 points or 0.22 percent to reach 5061.56 at 11:00 am. Of the issues traded till then, 125 gained, 39 declined and 34 remained unchanged.

Meanwhile, the CSE key index, CSCX lost 2.74 points to stand at 9473.15, also at 11:00 am today. Of the issues traded till then, 47 gained, 42 declined and 6 remained unchanged.
