Home Minister Kamal to fly to Myanmar this noon

Staff Correspondent: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal is expected to fly to Myanmar on Monday noon.

Public Relations Officer of the Home Minister Md Sharif Mahmud Apu told risingbd.com that a 12-member delegation led by the Home Minister will fly to Myanmar around 1:00pm.

Sources said that the Rohingya issue will be high on the agenda of the conference. During the talks, the Bangladesh side will push Myanmar to take back its nationals who have taken shelter in Bangladesh.

The Bangladesh delegation will include two secretaries of the Home Ministry, Directors General (DGs) of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), Bangladesh Coast Guard and Department of Narcotics Control and Inspector General of Police (IGP).
