President receives salute of Victory Day parade

Staff Correspondent: President Abdul Hamid attended the Victory Day Parade on Saturday at the National Parade Square as the chief guest and received the salute of the parade.

Earlier, the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina attended the parade at National Parade Ground at 10:27. Later, she welcomed the President around 10:30am.

General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 9th Infantry Division Major General Akbar Hossain was the commander of the parade.

Ministers, PM`s advisors, parliament members, chiefs of the three services, and other high officials attended the parade.
