Language veteran Dr M Mahiuddin dies

Sirajganj Correspondent: Language movement veteran Dr M Mahiuddin Khan has passed away at his Sirajganj residence on Friday morning.

He was 86.  

The Language died of old age complications around 7:00am at his residence in Jubily Bagan road area of Sirajganj town.  

He left behind three daughters and two sons, a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.

Mahiuddin Khan will be buried at Rahmatganj graveyard after Namaj-e-Janaja in Sirajganj municipal.

He took part in the 1952 language movement when he was a student of Dhaka Medical College.
