UNO stands beside elderly woman after publishing news in risingbd

Birampur (Dinajpur) Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Parimal Kumar Sarkar has stood beside the family of an elderly woman at Katla village of the upazila.

The UNO went to the house of the elderly woman on Tuesday morning after seeing a news item at the country’s leading and popular online news portal risingbd.com.

risingbd published a story of the miserable life on the woman as she has no road to come out of their house.

During visiting the UNO immediately issued instructions to take steps in this regard and investigate the matter.
