Lockdown extended by another week in 2 Natore municipalities

Natore district administration has extended the ongoing lockdown by another seven days in Natore and Singra municipalities.
The decision was taken by the district's coronavirus prevention committee at an emergency meeting on Tuesday (June 15).
The fresh lockdown, starting from tomorrow, will continue till 6:00pm on June 22.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md Shahriaz said the ongoing lockdown has been extended by another week in Natore and Singra municipalities as the two municipalities are witnessing a surge in coronavirus cases and deaths.
During the lockdown period, no one would be allowed to go out and mobile courts would be conducted to ensure health guidelines in the municipalities. Volunteers can provide essential goods during the time, the DC said.
