6 more die of coronavirus in Khulna

Six more people have died from coronavirus (Covid-19) infections while undergoing treatment at three corona dedicated hospitals in Khulna.

The deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.

Of the dead, one died at Khulna 130-bed Covid-19 dedicated hospital, two at 250-bed general (sadar) hospital and three at Gazi medical hospital.

Dr Shuhash Ranjan Haldar, focal person at the coronavirus unit of Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH); Gazi Mizanur Rahman, proprietor of Gazi medical hospital and Dr Kazi Abu Rashed, spokesperson at the corona unit of the general hospital, confirmed their deaths individually on Thursday (June 24).
