2 killed in C’nawabganj road accident

Two people were killed and three others injured when a truck hit an auto-rickshaw in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj on Saturday (September 18) morning.

The incident took place at Banshpotti intersection of the upazila around 9:30 am.

The deceased were identified as Renuara Begum, 56, wife of Abu Syed and Harun Rashid, 27.

The three injured people were admitted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH).

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Shibganj police station Farid Hossain confirmed the news.
