One killed in Chattogram gas cylinder blast

One was killed and two others were burnt in a gas cylinder explosion at a house in Bayejid Bostami Thana area of Chattogram metropolitan.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

The incident took place around 11:30am on Sunday (October 17).

Confirming the matter, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bayezid Bostami Police Station Md Kamruzzaman said police and fire service rushed to the spot. Details are yet to be known.

Two other burnt people have been sent to Chattogram Medical College Hospital, he said.
