5 more die of Covid-19, symptoms at RMCH

Five more people have died from coronavirus (Covid-19) infections and coronavirus-like symptoms while undergoing treatment at the corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH).

Confirming the matter this morning, RMCH Director Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani said the deaths were reported in the last 24 hours starting from 8:00am on Wednesday (Oct 27) to 8:00am today, Thursday (Oct 28).

Of the five deaths, one died of Covid-19 infections, one was Covid-19 negative and the remaining three died of symptoms similar to that of coronavirus, he said.
