Bangladesh need more five wickets to confirm victory against the visiting West Indies in the fifth and final day of the Chattogram Test.
The visiting West Indies require another 83 runs as they are chasing 395 runs. The visitors will have to make history to win the test.
Kyle Mayers and Nkrumah Bonner who were not out at the close of the fourth day’s play started the day five this morning.
Starting the day, Mayers, still unbeaten, hit his career first Test century (143) and Bonner became victim of an lbw after scoring 86 to chase the target. Jermaine Blackwood scored 9 runs before he was bowled out by Nayeem Hasan. Joshua Da Silva is now batting on 5.
