140 more Bangladesh nationals who got stuck in Malaysia due to coronavirus pandemic have returned home.
A chartered flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying them landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 6:50pm on Wednesday. The flight took off from Kuala Lumpur airport.
Tahera Khandoker, deputy general manager (public relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, confirmed the news.
Earlier, 160 Bangladeshis returned from Malaysia in first phase.
According to sources, Bangladeshis who returned from Malaysia carried health certificates. They all will be sent on home quarantine.
