A Dhaka court placed two human traffickers on a four-day remand in a case filed for killing 26 Bangladeshi citizens in Libya.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain passed the order after hearing on Wednesday (June 3).
The accused are – Mahbubur Rahman and Sahidur Rahman.
Earlier, Investigation Officer (IO) of the case CID Inspector Mizanur Rahman placed the accused before the court seeking seven days of remand.
A total of 26 Bangladeshi citizens were killed while 12 others were injured in a gun attack by some human traffickers on Thursday in the desert town of Mizdah, some 180km from Tripoli.
