BUET Vice-Chancellor Dr Saiful Islam has finally appeared before the agitated students who are demonstrating demanding justice for Abrar Fahad murder.
He reached the campus on Tuesday afternoon.
Around 6:15pm, he made speech for the students and journalist in front of his office, saying “It was murder undoubtedly.”
He also lent his moral support to the eight-point demand of the students, including the arrest of all the accused in Abrar Fahad murder case and their capital punishment.
During speech, he invited student delegation to talk to him over their demonstration.
But when students started to ask questions, he left the place and entered his office room.
